Primordial Order

The Primordial Order were giants created in servitude to the seven titans. The Primordial Order served the titans as a group, and believed this to be the will of the Primordial.

After the formation of Prasinos was complete and the titans parted to mind their own responsibilities, the order fragmented into followers of individual titans, while some stayed unaligned.

The unaligned giants of the Primordial Order are the ancestors of modern dwarves, while the followers of each titan became the ancestors of modern half-giants.

Aether, Cloud Titan

Titan of sky and illusion, ancestor of cloud giants.

Aether's primary responsibility was to create a breathable atmosphere for life on Prasinos.

He curated the sea and sky and took particular pride in designing and showcasing the colors of the world by creating sunrises, sunsets, rainbows, and casting the world in different palettes with clouds.

Aiolos, Storm Titan

Titan of storms and enchantment, ancestor of storm giants.

Aiolos was an agent of change. His role was to stir the seas and sky and bring life to the world by helping energy circulate. He experimented constantly, creating lightning, tornadoes and other phenomena through carefully manipulating the environment.

Boreas, Frost Titan

Titan of frost and abjuration, and ancestor of the frost giants.

Boreas served as a kind of administrator, tasked with maintaining balance between the other titans' efforts. He created ice caps and glaciers to slow the processes of storm and fire, and winter to slow the wheel.

Demeter, Titan of the Wheel

Titan of transmutation and the wheel.

Demeter was in charge of managing the cycle of life and ensuring that nothing which is changed is destroyed. She helped create clouds from water, fruit from sunlight, rot from the dead, trees from rot, and so on.

Erebus, Titan of the Void

Titan of divination and the void.

Erebus was responsible for removing contamination from the cycle of life, and condemning the truly wasted to be destroyed. According to the Primal Order, almost everything in the world has some desire to exist and do what it does; therefore all things naturally resist destruction. When something's will refused to relinquish its body to the cycle, Erebus severed the connection in order to maintain the weave of fate.

Hephaestus, Fire Titan

Titan of evocation and fire, and ancestor of the fire giants.

Hephaestus created heat and light for the world, encouraging the inert matter of the world to release its energy and become part of the cycle of life. Gravity and magnetism are his proudest works, turning Prasina's stones into sources of movement and heat.

Prasina, Stone Titan

Titan of stone and conjuration, and ancestor of stone giants.

The titan of stone was also said to be the source of all solid matter on Prasinos, conjuring stone and metal from unreality and helping water, air, and ultimately all life form out of the primal elements. Worked with her brother Hephaestus to create gravity and with Boreas to create the hierarchy of physical matter, allowing the sky, the sea, the ground, and the molten core to layer together in an orderly fashion.
