Dalliance
A city state on the east coast of the Havernal Hardland, which maintains its independence from neighboring Allento.
Dalliance has long been a winter home to centaurs who roam the hardland, and has been built with them in mind although it hosts a very diverse population. Most dwellings are one or two stories, and high archways are the norm.
Street vendors set up in rotundas around the city but know well to keep clear of breezeways and streets - as lucrative as it may seem to get your wares in front of more traffic, few centaurs will tolerate obstructions in a path.

Founding and History
Dalliance is a sovereign citystate that sprung forth around a port town. The port town of Wailothe was founded by gnomes in antiquity, and by around 2500BNE centaurs and humans had expanded the city greatly. In 2425BNE, Wailothe claimed independence from Ottombad and changed its name to Dalliance.
Demographics
Dalliance is one of the most diverse states in the world, with large populations of humans, elves, and centaurs, but people of almost all types to be found.

Dalliance is home to the Circle of Stona as well as Grimbly Dee.
