Languages
Languages on Prasinos generally fall into one of two categories. Primordial languages are descended from the language of the creators, and common languages are those that came from the people of Prasinos.
Primordial Languages
Primordial
The language spoken by the elemental creators.
Abyssal
A corruption of Primordial, used by elementals in the abyss.
Celestial
A modern dialect of Primordial, used by those who profess to be the voices of the creators.
Draconic
A corruption of Primordial, used by descendants of the elemental dragon Astilabor.
Giant
Simplified primordial, used by the Titans.
Aquan, Auran, Ignan, Terran
These dialects of Giant are still in use today. People who speak these languages can understand eachother fairly easily, and can understand other primordial langues with varying degrees of difficulty.
Dwarvish, Elvish
Descended from Giant and Celestial respectively, but so far removed in modern usage as to be unintelligible to other primordial language speakers.
