+A city atop a plateau in the Havernal Midland.
+Titongordon is home to the largest source of freshwater in the Havernal Midland, and is the center of civilization in the area.
+The city is traditionally ruled over by a stone giant, and local tradition and superstition hold that it is the stone giant's presence which draws water from the great plateau. The current leader, Lord Socrates, is the last stone giant known to be living, although he has a daughter; she is thought to be a half-giant.
+There is no formal hierarchy, although citizens form makeshift crews in order to carry out Lord Socrates' decrees. Citizens are free to pursue life as they will and sort their differences out on their own, but all citizens know that there are lines not to cross. Violence within city limits is prohibited and instigators find themselves tossed to the mercy of the wilds.
+The Havernal Midland is home to many forms of megafauna including dinosaurs and giant mammalian predators, making traditional methods of maintaining a walled city insufficient. In addition to placing homes atop the plateau, the area around the base is constantly patrolled by roving bands of "mad drivers", who hunt and drive away threats that approach the city. Some mad drivers take the job for sport or out of civic duty, but most are exiles who band together to survive, and hope to earn their way back home.

+====Founding and History====
+Titongordon is a sovereign citystate built around the Titanic Spring. It was founded by giants before the beginning of written history. By the time of the isolation only one true giant remained, and the city resembled its present form.

+The city's population is in the vicinity of 200,000, and consists mainly of half-giants, hobgoblins, orcs, and half-orcs. Humans and yuan-ti are visible minorities, and most other creatures do not find the city hospitable, due to its elevation, arid climate, giant scale, and other factors.
