Legge is a Frog. He is also known as Legge the Egge by nobody. He used to run the Big Drainage Pipe in Downtown Booble City until he was kicked out (quite literally) by Foot Bug.

Legge is participating in the Booble Martial Arts Tournament in an effort to win back his position of Toppe Dogge of the drainage pipes.
