Zip Pins are small, steel codex devices attached to a motorized pair of wings. The codex mechanism is used to both lock the device and input a destination. Due to their limited function, they are mostly used by postal services for emergency correspondence.
They require Void Syrup to function - 1 ounce of every 10 miles, with a capacity of 1 pint (To save you some math, that’s a range of 360 miles with a full tank) They can carry 1lb of cargo, and reach speeds of 100 mph.
