Blood Frenzy

A sahuagin has advantage on melee attacks against any living target which is missing hit points.

Shark Telepathy

Sahuagin can telepathically command sharks and other aquatic predators. As a bonus action they may make an Animal Handling check with a DC equal to the creature's CR + 8 to command such creatures. On a success, the creature does its best to follow any command on its next turn. A new check must be made each turn to command the animal.

Torpor

Sahuagin do not sleep, but need to rest in a state of limited consciousness for eight to ten hours per day, During this period, they move very little but can wet their gills. They see and hear normally and snap back to consciousness at any disturbance. When not disturbed, their mind occupies itself with dreams.

Reputation

Sahuagin are broadly feared or reviled and have historically had no allies among other peoples. Some sahuagin have formed symbiotic relationships with seaside communities but even in these cases there's very little contact with others.

As of 107NE, some sahuagin have elected to attempt to integrate with what remains of triton society.

Those who do refer to the titans as “the old ones” and give thanks to them for creating Prasinos and making the sea a perfect and bountiful home for sahuaginkind. Followers of the old one often believe that sahuagin are the people that Prasinos was made for, and everyone else is just visiting.

107NE

The remainder of sahuagin have begun to integrate with triton to resettle Duar.
