Neutral Good Goddess. As the Arbiter, Her domains include poise, composure, perfection. As the vagabond, change, luck, and travel.
Well known on Prasinos.

Allied with Correlon, Glittergold, and Moradin. Enemy to Vecna, Lolth, Zehir, Gruumsh, and The Raven Queen.

Signified by green, yellow, dice, and cards. Patron of halflings and centaurs. Followed by Avandors, Broken Hearts.
Personality and Behavior
In addition to having influence based on her following on Prasinos, Avandra has two faces. The Avandra who meets you may or may not be the one you wanted. Avandra The Arbiter values poise and stability and is firmly neutral. Avandra the vagabond values whimsy and free-spiritedness and is neutral leaning toward good. The vagabond is much more likely to distribute boons and assist directly, while The Arbiter will not help while you are ahead but may confer powerful help to those who need it most.

Those who wander dream of a two-faced goddess and wake with clarity of purpose.

People who walk with Avandra in their heart receive occasional guidance and anonymous good luck, although the Avandra they keep may or may not be the Avandra who keeps them.

The Arbiter and the vagabond walk Prasinos hand-in-hand, bestowing favorable winds to those who need it and harsh judgement to the powerful.
Zenith
During Avandra's Zenith, the tides of luck turn and all those who have had easy lives face hardship while those who have suffered most are given relief. The wind smells of rain and spearmint, and centaurs born with in a week of this event enjoy perfect health throughout their natural lives. Seekers are guided toward their prizes and given strength to go on.
