Prasinos exists in an isolated bubble in the cosmic seafoam of the multiverse but keeps time with its closest neighbors, Oerth and Earth. These two neighbors are the only planar systems known to have interacted with Prasinos.
This is not an exhaustive list of major events but seeks to include known crossover events as well as calendar landmarks for reference.
Bolded dates indicate which systems the listed event involved.
Oerth dates (DR) can be converted to Earth dates (AD/BD) by adding 630 to the Oerth date.
Prasinos dates (NE) can be converted to Oerth dates by adding 1257 to the Prasinos date.
The Prasinos New Era calendar includes a year zero, so math can be done directly to calculate past dates: the year before 1 is zero, 10 years before 1NE is 1-10= -9 or 9BCE.
There is no year zero in DR or AD, so past dates need to account for this. The year before 1 is -1 (also noted as 1BD in Earth dates), 10 years before 1DR is -10DR, 10 years before 1AD is -10AD or 10BD.
Because of this difference, convert Prasinos BNE dates to Oerth dates by adding 1258 to the Prasinos date.

| The Age of Aspects begins. Ur becomes the first entity is formed in The Dream. It is a vague amalgamation of dreams and speculations on the concepts of a greater being who embodies the universe, over this age Ur becomes self aware and fashions itself as Ur-Dragon. Shadowy entities that will eventually become the cosmic gods form, with little individuality. | ||

| The Age of Color begins. A great explosion of different beings with different perspectives occurs across the universe. The Ur-Dragon begins to fracture, taking on contradictory identities as Astilabor and Io. Each region of the universe with enough conscious entities to form its own region of The Dream divides into a local bubble of reality which begins to function in concert with the local dream. Prasinos, Earth, and Oerth are some of these planets that develop local planar systems. | ||
| Five Million Years Ago | ||
| The Age of Titans begins. Mortal entities capable of language begin to appear, and with language comes a vastly accelerated pace of development in both the material planes and the metaphysical ones. These entities become aware of more complex concepts such as absence, forming The Abyss as a super-metastructure to The Dream. The accelerated development gives rise to the titans, who embody the mortals growing ability to dominate the material world. Observation of the titans forms a self-reinforcing loop, and belief in the power of belief grows greatly. The shadow gods of aspect begin to take on individual qualities. | ||
| One Million Years Ago | ||
| The Age of Dragons begins. Mortal entities begin to form complex relationships with abstract concepts, assigning moral values and attitudes to acts, emotions and thoughts. The fracturing of Ur-Dragon completes. Astilabor, Io and Garyx become avatars of Good, Evil, and Chaos respectively. Individual planar systems begin to develop gods other than the dragons, beings formed less from personified forces and more from folklore. The Ring of Aspect on Prasinos, The Great Old Ones on Oerth, and The Unseen Animals on Earth. Each of these pantheons operate independently, and are tied in some way to their planar systems, but have some ability to influence each other. Many gods of Oerth and Prasinos have direct counterparts in the other's pantheons, and Nerull has existed in some form in all three. | ||
