=====Manuals of Forms=====
//In eras past, martial practitioners perfected many techniques and performed feats which are now all but lost to time.//
A thin, old-looking book with a diagram of a skeleton on the cover. Inside the book are cryptic diagrams and words in a strange language that are impossible to understand to all but a special few people.
Each Manual of Forms has the power to impart someone who meets certain requirements with a Feat that has not been preformed on Prasinos in living memory. Each Feat has its own requirements to learn and those who do not meet those requirements see only nonsense in the book.
A qualified person can understand the basic nature of the Feat with a glance at the cover.
Once the book is read cover-to cover the reader instantly gains the feat, and the book is rendered powerless for 73 years.
====Manual of Cleaving====
===Requirements===
Barbarian Level 10, Strength 18
===Effect===
You gain the Hard Cleaver feat.
**Hard Cleaver**
When you take an Attack action you may choose to make one attack instead of benefiting from your Multi-Attack feature. If you do, make a single weapon attack and roll damage a single time. Deal that weapon damage to each creature within 10 feet whose AC you beat. If any affected creature is reduced to 0 by this attack, you may take a 5 foot step which does not provoke opportunity attacks.
====Manual of the Intruder====
===Requirements===
Fighter or Rogue Level 10, Intelligence 12
===Effect===
You gain the Misty Strike feat.
**Misty Strike**
When you hit a creature with a thrown weapon attack, you may use your reaction to instantly travel to an adjacent space you can see, automatically retrieving the thrown weapon in the process. This is a magical effect and requires you to travel through the Dream, and any effect restricting magic or interplanar travel applies. You may use this feature a number of times equal to your Proficiency bonus per long rest.
====Manual of the Raptor====
===Requirements===
Ranger or Druid Level 10, Strength 12, Wisdom 12
===Effect===
You gain the Hunter's Claw feat.
**Hunter's Claw**
When you hit a creature with a melee attack you may choose to deal Slashing or Piercing damage instead of the attack's normal damage type. When you deal Slashing or Piercing damage with a melee attack, your target must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC equal to the greater of 10 or half the damage dealt. A creature who fails this save gains the Bleeding condition and suffers half this damage at the start of each of their turns until they gain Hit Points from any source or until any creature makes a Medicine check equal to the attack's DC above.
