Although some of these peoples are rarely seen travelling, even the rarest among these are capable and occasionally motivated to adventure. There are two types of classifications of people used when discussing the peoples of Prasinos; social groups and biological ones. The social categories are kintype and netkin, an arbitrary distinction used by kintype in older times to distinguish the "higher" species from the "lower" species. It has always been rude to refer to someone as netkin to their face, and the word has fallen into disuse. It is used on this page in an effort to put other terms in context, and will not be used elsewhere in this wiki. "Kintype" when used on this wiki refers to a group of species that broadly consider themselves and eachother civilized. There are many positions shared broadly among kinype societies, so this wiki may use phrases like "yuan-ti are still somewhat mistrusted among kintype societies" when there is such alignment. Those peoples are centaur, dwarves, elves, gnomes, half-elves, halflings, humans and triton. Biologically, goblinoid, humanoid, and piscitoid are used, although a handful of peoples do not fall into any of those categories. These categories are based on origin and reproductive capabilities.
