This document is intended to gauge players comfort with various potentially difficult topics, and provide a general guideline for the DM to bear in mind as they direct the adventure.

Please indicate your comfort including the following subjects in a story, ranging from:

🟩: I am fine with vivid descriptions.
🟦: I like this stuff fine but don't need to focus on it overmuch.
🟨: I'm fine with this if it happens off-screen, but would prefer not to focus on it.
🟥: I would prefer not to deal with this even vaguely.

Note that this is only meant to be a guideline and you can adjust your preference at any time. Also, please use the blanks to add any additional subjects you'd like to express.
