Boscar and The Kingdom of Shule are neighboring allied countries in a part of Arcadia that receives mostly tropical weather. They are divided by a sizable gulf, sharing no physical border. At its narrowest point, the gulf is connected by the independent city state of Mudbridge.
Boscar contains many valleys and jungles, and is populated mostly by Meomau, Brudders, Humans, and a very small Dwarven population. Their government is formed by a union of representatives selected by all the various tribes, villages, towns and cities across the country, and is often criticized as a confusing and inefficient bureaucratic mess.
