Abyssal Chorister Traits

All Abyssal Choristers share the following Traits.

Ability Score Increase. Your Strength score increases by 2, and your Constitution score increases by 1.

Age. Abyssal Choristers reach adulthood in their late teens, and live for approximately 200 years.

Alignment.

Size. Abyssal Choristers are significantly larger than humans. They are usually between 6 and 8 feet tall, and can weigh several hundren pounds.

Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.

Magic Resistance. You have advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Martial Training. You are proficient with two martial weapons of your choice and with light armor.

Powerful Build. You count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag, or lift.

Relentless Endurance. When you are reduced to 0 hit points but not killed outright, you can drop to 1 hit point instead. You canā€™t use this feature again until you finish a long rest.

Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and Abyssal.


Abyssal-Born Human

Sometimes a regular ol' human and one of these jacked up dummies make a baby. That's you.

Abyssal-Born Human Traits

Ability Score Increase. Two different Ability Scores of your choice increase by 1.

Age. Abyssal-Born Humans have the same lifespan as humans -they reach adulthoodā  in their late teens and live less than a century.

Alignment. N/A

Size. Abyssal-Born Humans vary widely in height and build, from barely 5 feet to well over 6 feet tall. Regardless of your position in that range, your size is Medium.

Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.

Skills. You gain proficiency in one skill of your choice.

Magic Resistance. You have advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and Abyssal
