Legge is a [[horrible:Frogs|Frog]]. He is also known as Legge the Egge by nobody. He used to run the [[horrible:Big Drainage Pipe|Big Drainage Pipe]] in [[horrible:booble_city|Downtown Booble City]] until he was kicked out (quite literally) by [[horrible:Foot Bug|Foot Bug]]. 

Legge is participating in the [[horrible:b.m.a.t|Booble Martial Arts Tournament]] in an effort to win back his position of Toppe Dogge of the drainage pipes.
